One night, the asylum walls echoed with screams. Its patients and workers suddenly starting to attack one another, Others found hidden with their fingernails chewed off or their teeth ripped out. The rest were curled up in a ball, sobbing and cursing the events that they tried so hard to forget.
By morning, the whole asylum was similar to a tomb, with only a small handful of doctors and even fewer patients still alive. Others were found dead or had suddenly vanished. The remaining staff workers seemed lifeless, deathly pale, mentally drained and distant. When the remaining patients were asked what had caused the sudden rise in madness, they simply replied ‘Puppet’ repeatedly.
That was 5 years ago.
Nowadays it seemed that the wave of madness had spread to the outside. A puppet-like creature taunting our dreams and reality with our greatest fears and desires, promising that it can make the pain go away if - and only if, we do one simple task.
Go to Willow Hill and find the Puppet.
Oddly enough, around the same time Dr. Gretta, head doctor and owner of the Asylum, had started admitting patients who had seen this creature or were suffering from any kind of syndrome, with or without their permission.
After everyone had been collected, the Doctor ordered a lock down. No one gets in, No one gets out.
Now locked in the Asylum, crawling with horrors and fears of other twisted minds as well as our own, we each will fight or even kill to find the very monster who lured us here.
The Asylum is its toy box and we are its toys.
Time to play...
